HLTH 300 is a 1.0-unit course. Students complete an internship with local employers to gain meaningful work experience and earn credit towards a certificate in the Health Education field. One unit of credit is earned for each 54 hours of paid or unpaid work experience.
There is a 2-hour orientation via Zoom videoconferencing or in-person. Majority of time is spent onsite and one-on-one with the instructor.
