(Producer | 19 person team | 2026)Â
Dead Pixel is a murder mystery game featuring escape room inspired puzzles. Explore your late aunt's game studio workplace, meet her odd co-workers, and find evidence of her fate within her unfinished works. Clues in her workspace help to solve puzzles within Pixel's arcade game project, and vice versa. Can the protagonist Nicki uncover what really happened to Pixel?
For this project I was the producer for a decently large sized team of people with our 19 person team. Furthermore, this was a summer project and worked on almost entirely over the course of the 3 month period of summer.
For this project I managed ClickUp, a software highly similar to Jira. I created, detailed, and updated tasks for the team. Ensuring a consistent understanding of what needs to be done. Furthermore I ran meetings between the programming, design, and art meeting, creating agendas, assigning tasks, and clearing blockers that were detailed. This project was one of the most difficult I've worked on due to the large size and online only nature of it. I also had a large focus on reviewing pull requests this project. I organized efforts to ensure that anytime content was pushed for the project, a team member relevant to it was alerted and sent to review before approving it.
