Why fundraising?

· The annual tuition fee covers the operational expenses (teacher salaries, classroom supplies)

· Contributions enable us to fund new initiatives, make campus improvements, and provide teachers, students, and parents with educational opportunities beyond the annual budget allowance.

· Fundraising connects parents with each other and the school, further strengthening the MYIS community and parent-school partnership.

· Fundraising strengthens the parent voice in the MYIS program development as together parents and the school work towards a shared goal.

· Fundraising is FUN!!

Math Workshop

Donations to iCare Thailand

Parent Working Group (PWG) provided donations to iCare Foundation Thailand to assist the blind community on Samakee Road Soi 6 who tragically lost their homes and belongings in a recent fire. In all, over THB 54,000 was raised as well as many donated goods such as food, water, health supplies, clothing and bedding. The funds will be used for rent payments towards the 10 families that were affected the most by the fire, as well as other immediate necessities. Thank you to everyone in the MYIS family who has helped to make a difference in the lives of these people in our community.
