COVID Contact Tracing Flow Charts

Government Mandated Documents

In order for your student/s to return to campus the Thai government are requiring families to submit documentation two times a week. We have created resources to assist you in this process. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact Mr David and Ms Panchalee via office@magicyears.ac.th

  • Each student or adult entering campus needs to submit an Antigen Test every Sunday and Wednesday evening (2 tests each week).

  • Each MYIS family / staff member needs to complete and submit a school Health Declaration form each week (Sunday night).

  • Each MYIS family / staff member needs to complete and submit a recent Thai Save Thai certificate each week (Sunday night).

  • Every MYIS family needs to share the most recent vaccination status of any adult household members (including grandparents, older siblings, maids, nannies, drivers...).

All household adults require a minimum of:

  • 2 doses of Sinovac/Sinopharm

  • 1 dose of Aztra Zenica or Pfeizer

  • Complete vaccination of other vaccination brands.
