Parent Preparation For Student First Day
What To Bring:
In order to meet the directives of the Ministry of Health we ask that you help us by sending your child with the following items on the first day of school:
Early Years:
Markers
Color pencils
Crayons
Scissors
Glue sticks
Oversized t-shirt to use as an art smock (thick material)
Headphones (optional)
Primary Years:
Sharpies
Pencils
Colour pencils
Scissors
Glue stick
Eraser
Oversized t-shirt to use as an art smock (thick material)
Headphone with an inbuilt microphone
Headphones:
Due to CoVID students can no longer share headphones. Headphones are used regularly in the classroom, particularly for recording and listening on the iPad. For the Early Years this is optional!
Campus Reopening: Layout and Logistics
To ensure social distancing is maintained MYIS has allocated each stairwell to be used by independent classes and for specific purposes. The toilets on each grade level are also allocated to the use of specific classes. Please see below for details.
