Culinary Arts 1: The Essentials

Principles of Education

Fashion and Sewing

Medical Terminology

Body Structure and Function

Students use hands‐on activities and anatomy in clay to understand and remember the body systems and how they are viewed and treated by medical personnel. This course focuses on disease states of the body. Students perform hands on Labs, plus optional dissections of animal hearts, brains, etcetera
Nursing Assistant

Students seeking employment in any health care field will find this a valuable first step! Nursing Assistant is a Prerequisite to all Wisconsin Technical College System nursing programs and some 4‐year college admissions to nursing programs.
Physical Therapy 1

The Physical Therapy course is designed to prepare students for a career as a licensed healthcare professional who works under the direct supervision of a physical therapist. This course will teach a variety of physical therapy including support interventions for patients with impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
Health, Safety, and Nutrition

This course examines the topics of health, safety and nutrition within the context of the early childhood educational setting. Students will learn about governmental regulations and professional standards as they apply to health, safety and nutrition; learn to provide a safe, healthy, and nutritionally sound early childhood program, and adhere to child abuse and neglect mandates.
