How long have you been playing your esports title competitively?
I have been playing Overwatch competitively for over a year and with Rocket League, very recently.
What is something you do to improve?
Something I want to improve within my gameplay would have to be mechanics, no matter what game.
What is a goal you have in esports this semester?
My goal this semester with esports is to go to the playoffs with either team I am on.
What is something that you appreciate in a teammate?
I appreciate a teammate who is dedicated and practices as much as he/she can.
What advice do you have for high school students who are interested in esports?
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Even if you don't think your good, still tryout. Maybe you will discover you're not as bad as you think you are.
"I’ve been playing Overwatch for a couple months. The thing that inspires me to improve the most is my teammates. I want to be better so I can help my teammates more effectively. I enjoy the community atmosphere of Esports, because they made me feel welcome. I’ve become friends with all of them after being in esports for a month and a half." - Aaron Dodson
