As you progress through this year and beyond, be sure to think about and reflect on your emotional experience, and how this impacts on your learning and overall wellbeing.

Today is the first in a series of four lessons focussing on helping you to build your emotional awareness. Emotional awareness describes the ability to recognise, label and understand emotions in yourself and others. Today you will think about the different feelings that people might experience in different situations.
