Today is all about empathy! You'll learn about the difference between dismissive and empathic responses, and how you can respond to your friends with empathy.

Today is the first in a series of four lessons focussing on learning how to use Emotion Coaching to provide support to friends and peers. Steps 1 and 2 involve noticing emotions in others, and viewing these emotional expressions as an opportunity for connection.
