Meet our Principal

Dr. Duncan will be beginning her 4th year as the principal at Bay Laurel Elementary this school year. She is passionate about making the students' experience at school a safe and happy one. Her energy and spirit is unparalleled and the kids simply love her! She is a hands-on principal who dresses up for spirit days, participates in school wide events such as the APEX Fun Run and 100th day! 

Dr. Duncan is brilliant and has brought much needed organization and efficiency to our campus. She handles parent concerns in a timely and professional manner while always being open to new ideas. She is often found working in her office well into the evening or visiting kiddos on the yard at lunch time! We are beyond lucky to have such a hard-working, dedicated professional running our school.
