The need for students to maintain a healthy lifestyle was addressed in lesson #3 (Student Log Book). At this point, students should have nearly a full month of their nutrition and exercise logs filled out. The goal for this lesson is for students to determine if their nutritional needs are being met and/or how they can improve their nutritional habits.
1. Navigate to My Plate
- Take the My Plate quiz (snip the results and post to this assignment)
- Talking with each student about their meal plans
2. Navigate to the MyPlate Plan after you have taken the quiz
- Click the Start where it says get your MyPlate Plan
- turn in a screengrab after you have run through the app questions (it should list a calorie intake)
3. What is a nutritionist? Research jobs pertaining to nutrition.
