2023-2024 QUARTER 3 AND QUARTER 4 SCHEDULE CORRECTION FORM

Please use the Schedule Correction Form to request a change. This is the fastest way to get a response! The form needs to be completed by Friday, December 22nd at 12:00 pm (noon). Please look at both quarters Q3 and Q4 so we can set your schedule through the end of the year. STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE 6 CLASSES EACH QUARTER TO BE CONSIDERED FULL TIME. Parent permission must be obtained before completing this form.

NOTE: Counselors will receive high numbers of requests and will respond in the order those are received. We will most often respond to the email you list on the form, so please check your email! Also, we will likely need 1-2 business days for a response. You are to follow your schedule as listed until you hear otherwise from your counselor. Thanks for your patience.

This is for student booking only. During the school day counselors may not be able to answer their phones or check their email due to working with students, parents and staff. Please leave a message by phone or send an email to your student’s counselor with the purpose of your contact so that the information you are seeking can be researched - your student's counselor will return your communication as quick as possible.
