THREE PARTS TO GRADUATION
Starting with the class of 2021, there are now three parts to graduation:
Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) these are activities done through Advisory class each year. You can see HHS's ICAP activities HERE.
Required course credits- this refers to the required classes and credits students need to earn. You can see HHS's credit/class requirements below.
Graduation Competency: Per the Colorado Department of Education, students must show college/career readiness (competency) in math and English. You can see LPS's graduation competency menu HERE. As you can see students have a variety of ways to demonstrate competency, grades, MAP scores, PSAT/SAT scores, Capstone projects, WorkKeys, Industry Certifications and more.
