Colorado Free Application Day

The Colorado Department of Higher Education is teaming up with colleges and universities across Colorado to waive college application fees for all Colorado students October 15th-17th, 2024. That means if you submit your application in that time frame, you can apply for free to any public institution in Colorado and many private institutions as well.

All Colorado residents — freshmen, transfers and second bachelor’s candidates — qualify for Colorado Free Application Day. (We’re including Colorado undocumented students as well.)

The free application is available October 15th - 17th, 2024. You must submit your online application that day to receive the waiver.

To take advantage of this opportunity, we recommend having all admissions application materials prepared and double-checked before October 15th - 17th. As long as you submit your online application on October 15th, 16th, or 17th, your support documents can be submitted anytime before the college due date.
