About Me:

When I graduated from college my dream was to work in the criminal justice system. I was fortunate to get a job as a clerk for a District Court Judge and then with the District Attorney's office where I was a legal assistant. After a few years I realized that wasn't what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I knew I wanted to continue my education but in what? The most influential person in my life was my high school counselor and that is what propelled me to get my masters in school counseling. Before I joined the amazing staff at Heritage High School I worked in Denver Public Schools for 9 years and Englewood High School for 2 years. My motto with students is "Do Something Real" with your education both career and college and I am passionate about helping to make student's career dreams become a reality. I am blessed with an amazing husband and two wonderful kids who put up with all my marathon running.  I am a Heritage High School graduate and am excited to work at this amazing school.
