Donald E. Felch
USAF (Retired)
Chief Master Sergeant Felch was born and raised in La Crosse, Wisconsin before enlisting in the United States Air Force at age 17. He served both Active Duty and Air National Guard for three decades as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist, Professional Education Instructor, Senior Weapons Manager for the Air National Guard, Senior Enlisted Leader/Advisor to the Barnes Center for Enlisted Education, and the 12th Commandant for the Air Force's largest enlisted education center located in Knoxville, TN. The Chief's Air Force service also includes four deployments in support of named operations in Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq. Chief Felch holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in military operations. Before he arrived in Lowell, the Chief served six years as a JROTC instructor in Columbia, Maryland. Chief Felch has three adult children and three grandchildren.

Master Sergeant Perez is a native Texan who served 23 1/2 years on active duty. His service includes 7 1/2 years as a United States Marine with the 3rd MEF, 2nd MAW, and 4th MAW Regional Bands, and the remainder of his service with the United States Air Force Heritage of America Band at Langley AFB, VA, and the Band of Liberty at Hanscom AFB, MA. MSgt Perez retired in 2014 and is in his 12th year as an AFJROTC Instructor. Prior to his assignment at MA-771, MSgt Perez instructed at MA-761 in Charlestown, MA, and at MA-951 in Peabody, MA. MSgt Perez continues to pursue his craft of playing percussion with local worship teams in the Greater Boston area and enjoys travel, food, and paddleboarding with his two mini Australian Shepherds, Dempsey and Daizy May. He is a proud father of three boys and blessed to be raising and surrounded by his grandchildren on a weekly basis alongside his loving wife of 32 years!
TSgt. David A. Smith II was born August 31, 1962 in Lewiston Maine. He completed basic training at Lackland Air Force Base and Technical School in Chanute, Illinois in the field of conventional petroleum products. He then went on to attend the University of Maryland and various career Schools throughout the Pacific Theater. TSgt. Smith was a Cub Scout pack leader, served on the POL Executive Council, and enjoyed volunteering for; Japanese and American Softball League, played catcher for the POL softball team, and was a leader in the squadron Project Christmas. Now, TSgt. Smith has worked as an Air Force Junior R.O.T.C. instructor for 24 years and counting. In his off duty, he leads the Toys for Local Children as its president for the last 19 years and he enjoys camping and fishing/hunting with his family.
