Withdrawal From Courses

Booklet Page 17

If a student withdraws from a course within fifteen (15) school days from the start of the course, the course will not be listed on the transcript.

After fifteen school days, the withdrawal is recorded as a Withdraw Pass (WP) or Withdraw Fail (WF) on the transcript. Grades of WP or WF are not calculated in the GPA.

Teachers will factor in grades earned by students who change course levels in a specific subject area, if the level change occurs after the 15-day withdrawal period.

Students who waive into a class cannot withdraw until the end of the first quarter of the course.
