To ensure a safe and prepared environment for competition, please review the following guidelines before arriving:
Water & Hydration
Visiting teams must bring their water bottles and coolers. Cups will not be provided. Ice is available upon request.
Medical Supplies
Teams are responsible for bringing their medical kits.
Taping Services
Preventative taping requires teams to bring their own tape.
Injury-related taping during the event will be provided by the on-site Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT).
For special taping needs, please contact the Lakeside LAT before game day.
Therapeutic Modalities
Any treatment involving modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound) must be accompanied by a written prescription, including treatment parameters, signed by a licensed medical provider. The modality must be brought with the athlete.

Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT):
A LAT is on-site for all home events. For days with multiple events, the LAT will coordinate with coaches beforehand. Coaches and the Athletic Director will remain in contact and notify the LAT of any injuries.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS):
EMS is available only at home varsity football games.
