Below are general exercise plans to support strength and overall physical wellness.
TheraBands are available from the Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) upon request.
Some students may receive a personalized rehab plan via their school email through MedBridge.
All PDFs are also accessible in the Healthy Roster app under the Resources tab.

Wear sport-specific, supportive footwear
Gradually ease into running—avoid going from zero to high mileage
Improve lower leg and ankle mobility and strength
Maintain a healthy balance between training and recovery
Cross-train to build fitness and start pre-season training early
