With the increase of sports specialization among athletes, taking the time to learn proper technique and body control to prevent injury has never been so important. That is why we have developed our EDGE Performance Training Program. Our goal with this program is not only to improve athletic performance, but also decrease the risk of injury such as ACL rupture, shoulder dysfunctions, ankle sprains, and lower back pain.
Classes are provided by licensed physical therapists and athletic trainers who have experience working with athletes of all levels. Participants will also be educated on power lifting techniques to increase speed, endurance, and strength.

Includes Twelve (12) 1-hour sessions
Initial Evaluation: $50
Individual Training: $360 for 12 sessions
Group of 2: $480 for 12 sessions ($240/athl.)
Group of 3-4: $540 for 12 sessions ($135-180/athl.)
Need some personalized attention to perfect your skills? Our Elite Power Hour series gives you undivided attention from our trained clinicians who will work with you to develop an efficient golf swing while mitigating risk for injury.
The session will start with a brief musculoskeletal evaluation where the clinician will gather information to provide you with injury prevention and performance tips.
Class registration includes evaluation with motion analysis software to further breakdown body mechanics and technique.
Each participant will receive education and a home exercise program to help you achieve your performance goals.
