The Illinois Statewide Referral Network (SRN) connects people who have support services in place to affordable and subsidized housing. People who are not connected to any agency providing supports are not eligible for the Statewide Referral Network, as the program is only available for service-connected households.
If you are a person receiving services such as case management, food assistance, mental health or substance use supports, or any other type of supports, ask your service provider to connect with the Statewide Referral Network. Details are below, or they can check out www.csh.org/ILSRN to learn more and help you complete a housing application.
Service Providers
Every agency providing supportive services in Illinois is eligible to be an SRN Service Partner, and agencies playing this role are invited to join to link households to housing through this network. This involves completing SRN housing applications with participants so that the households they support can be referred to housing in their areas of choice. The service provider should then help the households with the process of applying for the housing.
If you work for any entity providing supportive services and are interested in becoming an SRN Service Partner:
You can:

The next step is to complete this user agreement and email it to pair@emphasys-software.com. If you have any questions, you can email srn@csh.org.
