"Speed, precision and efficiency"
In this first phase through active listening one must try to gather as much information as possible in order to understand:
1. What the client wants
2. Who the end user is and what they need
Documentation to be uploaded:
- Bulleted list with client requirements (What does the client want?) - Google Doc
- Research on "What is meant by safety at work?" (500 words)
- List of questions for interview with potential end user (Questions should be structured in such a way as to be able to complete the profiling of the end user)
- Video test interview (at least 1 subject)
- Complete Template: user map (create a template for each interviewee)
- Final user map
- Final user empathy map
In this second phase, one must try to summarise the observations gathered in the first phase. One must be able to identify:
- Problem to be solved
- Needs to be met
Documentation to be uploaded:
- Google presentation with
- POV (at least 5)
- HMW (at least 5)
- Problem statement
In this third phase, a creative process has to be undertaken, which includes
- Brainstorming ideas
- Idea selection
- Idea refinement
Documentation to be uploaded:
- Brainstorming (idea list)
- How-Now-Wow Table (idea ranking)
- Abstract idea (250 words - Do not specify only the product, but also the target group)
- Feedback received (feedback list and how the idea was updated based on the feedback)
In this fourth phase, the chosen abstract idea must be made tangible in order to be able to test it before moving on to implementation. There are two types of prototypes that can be realised:
- Low-fidelity prototypes
- High-fidelity prototypes

- Prototype sketch to be presented on the day of the Celebration
- Material list (Template)
- Presentation (Slideshow + testo presentazione)
