Here at Liberty Union we are honored to be hosting the Fairfield County All County Choir again in fall 2022. Students will be selected from our middle and high school choirs to repesent LU in the concert on Monday, November 21. Pictures below are from November 2017 at Liberty Union High School.

10:50-11:05 Break/snack in auditorium - use cafeteria restrooms before LU lunches begin

11:05-11:45 Sectionals for combined HS/MS SA and HS/MS TB Secret for the Mad

SA band room, TB stage

11:45-12:15 MS lunch in band room/HS combined on stage

12:15-12:45 HS lunch in band room/MS combined on stage

12:45-1:00 Break -

1:00-2:15 HS on Stage/MS in Band Room - Guest conductors and accompanists join

2:15-3:00 All on stage for combined piece

3:00-3:15 Break

3:15-4:15 MS on stage/HS in band room

4:15-4:25 Break

4:25-5:00 HS on stage/MS in band room (one extra space for sectionals)

4:10-5:00 MS on Stage/HS in Band Room

5:00-5:30 Groups perform for each other, run through combined piece

5:30-6:10 MS dinner and change (in band room at 6:10), HS on stage

6:00-6:40 High School dinner and change, MS in band room for final rehearsal

We will have the MS report to the band room first, get them organized and then bring them on stage. The MS will report to the band room and stay there until the MS portion is completed. The MS will return to the band room for the HS performance then return for the combined piece.

High school- while high schoolers are on stage could middle schoolers please stack chairs except for 30 in the band room? Roughly 15 per rack. Also, could I ask that during that time Berne Union middle school students stack the non-classroom chairs in room 136 on a rack? There should be 10 or so that don’t belong. If they could also return the keyboard to the band room I’d be very grateful.
