Read your book independently for 15 minutes.
Write a reaction to the TED Talk of the day in your journal.
Finish taking notes using the term, definition, example and illustration strategy for vocabulary visuals.
Complete a close reading of pg. 27, annotating the devices you see.
Add examples of the literary devices we have reviewed together so far.
Read up to and including pg. 70.
Write the journal response on the following topic: what are your predictions about this book? Write your reaction or explain any literary terms you met so far. Think about the concept of injustice and write your definition. As you write, reflect upon and explore a time when you experienced some sort of injustice.
