Hello Everyone,
We are excited to invite you to STEAM-y Saturdays online.
On Saturday, May 2, 10 am, we will offer an on-line STEAM workshop about viruses. We hope to answer the following questions:
What are viruses?
How does the Coronavirus enter the body?
How can we prevent viruses from getting into the body?
Najah Walton will be our instructor. Ms. Walton is a neuroscience PhD graduate student at Tufts University. What is neuroscience? Ask Ms. Walton at the workshop. She is also a nurse.
Ms. Walton has created an interactive workshop about viruses for you/us. If you have black pepper, soap, and water a bowl (and maybe a towel or paper towel), please have it ready to conduct an experiment.
We also want to learn what STEAM topics interest you. Please complete the google form using the link above. You will receive a Zoom invitation and experiment instructions after you complete the Google Form. We look forward to connecting with you.
