YEAR 6

Drama -  Rehearsals for the Year 6 production are in full swing and the children have been working hard to learn their lines and perfect their singing and dancing.

Maths - This week has been 'London Maths Week' and Year 6 have been learning about scales on maps recapping ratios and using these to work out distances on maps.

Art -  Children have completed their shadow puppets for their traditional Sikh Tales and then recorded their retellings of the stories. You can watch their videos of these on the newsletter homepage.

PE - Children have had a Surrey Cricket coach in this term and have been working on their throwing, bowling and catching skills.   This week they had go at some fun team building games which incorporated the skills worked on so far.

PSHE -  continuing with our 'Changing Me' topic.

PE -  children will be building their cricket skills with a Surrey Cricket coach.

Drama -  we will be continuing to focus on practising for the Year 6 production.
