Shawley Fundraisers

Welcome back to our students, parents and carers.  We hope you all had a lovely Festive break and ready for the new term.

Just before the end of term last year, the Fundraisers arranged a Xmas Extravaganza for all the children in the school with lots of games and small prizes to be won – lots of fun was had by the children and all the elves that were helping to run the games.  Each child received a bag of chocolate coins as a little gift from us.

Following on from the Extravaganza, we held our annual Elfridges, which was a huge success: the children loved it! It is so lovely to see them come in and really think about what gift they would like to get and help wrap them. Every year the list of gifts gets longer and longer.  Unfortunately, the elves helping out were so busy helping the children choose their gifts that not many photos were taken. 

Looking ahead for this term we will be running a Spring raffle (amongst other events) so please keep an eye out for the flyer that comes out next week asking for any gift donations (unwanted Christmas presents etc) that we can use for our raffle. We have lots of exciting events planned for this year and look forward to sharing them with you.
