Overall Responsibility & Decision Making
The Scheme of Delegation outlines the framework for decision making within LEO Academy Trust. It applies to all Members, Trustees, Academy Committee Members serving on the ACs and staff.
 LEO Trustees comprise the full Trust Board and any Trustee Committees that the Board establishes. The powers delegated to Committees are outlined in the Committees Terms of Reference. Where decisions and powers are delegated to Trustee Committees, they are reviewed and ratified by the full Board.
