Working with Innovation X and the SDG Workshop
Five of our year 6 children worked with Evo Hannan from Innovation X on a very inspiring and motivating workshop working on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). These are a collection of 17 interlinked objectives designed to serve as a "shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future." The children are working on a project that will be showcased at BETT in January.
The children worked really hard throughout the day and were a real asset to the school.
Roads around School
Please can you remind your child to look carefully when they are crossing the roads around school, especially if they are walking to or from school alone.
Just a reminder that even though Kingston Avenue is part of the School Streets, cars can still drive down it and so children should still be careful when walking down it.
