What a busy and exciting few weeks it's been in Year 3! The children have shown incredible dedication, working so hard to complete all their end-of-year assessments. We're so proud of their effort and perseverance.
After all that hard work, it was wonderful to dive into Arts Week! The children had a fantastic time exploring their creative sides, and the classrooms were buzzing with artistic energy. We saw some truly amazing artwork come to life!
This year has been packed with memorable experiences. We kicked off our learning journey with a fascinating trip to the Natural History Museum, where the children became budding geologists and palaeontologists, discovering all about volcanoes, earthquakes, and incredible dinosaur fossils.
Later in the year, we swapped ancient history for botany with an exciting visit to Kew Gardens. The children loved getting up close with nature, using microscopes to explore the tiny parts of plants, and learning all about the plant world around them.
One of the absolute highlights for many of us was the Year 3 sleepover! It was an unforgettable night filled with laughter and fun activities. We were so impressed by how brilliantly the children took part in everything, especially the first aid training from St John Ambulance. Their resilience and fun-loving spirits truly shone through, and it was amazing to see them all together.
We have absolutely loved teaching your children this year. They have grown so much, both academically and personally, and we feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of their Year 3 journey. We wish them all the very best as they move on to Year 4!
