Slipping - slipping or falling when something has been spilt on the floor.
Spilling Boiling Water - moving boiling water from the cooktop to the sink, especially when cooking pasta.
Cutting Yourself - cutting yourself with a knife when cutting up food, and not using a proper cutting board.
