Because snacks have become an integral part of our daily food intake, we need to plan for the entire day. Make sure to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods and protein foods. Choose protein foods that come from plants more often.
Negative Effects of Snacks and Appetizers:
Weight gain if too many calories are consumed
