The TOHS Wellness Center is located in Room #C-2 and is open from 8:00am - 3:30pm during school days.
The Wellness Center is staffed with Wellness Trainees who are graduate students pursuing an advanced degree as a Marriage Family Therapist and/or Social Work. Additionally, supervision of the Wellness Trainees will be provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Your TOHS school counselors work in conjunction with the wellness counselors to establish a support structure on our high school campuses focused on student’s mental health development and needs. There are various supports and services made available from the Wellness Centers, which include:
Drop in support for students needing immediate social emotional support:
Self-initiated
Counselor/Administrator/Teacher recommended
Proactive ongoing individual counseling sessions to support a student who has an identified mental health risk factor-referral process required.
Proactive ongoing small group counseling sessions to support students who have an identified mental health risk factor- referral process required.
