1. Even though students can see the Meet code, they cannot join the Meet until the teacher has clicked on it. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK as a teacher until you are ready to begin.
2. Let parents know a Meet is scheduled, so they can prepare the space.
3. The teacher should be the first one in the Meet and the last one out.
4. Once in the Meet, allow students to join (5 to 10 minute "join" window), go back to the classroom and remove the code.
4. Manually remove students from the Meet by clicking on the participant list, clicking a participant, say goodbyes, and click "remove".
