Amazing Tech Support from LPS
Hello, For the second year in a row, we're excited to be the only community in Oklahoma to have been granted an NEA Big Read grant. What's the Big Read? I'd describe it as a community wide book club--get as many people in our community reading and talking about the same book.
The National Endowment for the Arts Big Read broadens our experience of our world, our communities, and ourselves by tapping into the "shared reading experience."
Our community is reading Ross Gay's poetry collection, Catalog of Unabashed Gratitude.
Check back for details about the kick-off, reading events, and more.
NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.
Scheduled LRC (and other highlights) Big Read Events: All Events Open to the Public for Free!
