Gamer Fiction!

Gamer Fiction includes books that, like video games, take you to other worlds.

If you play video games, books more than likely have inspired the storylines in your games.

If you like MMOs, RPGs, puzzle games, FPS, or horror--we may have a book for you and if we don't, let's do some research.

We're just getting started so watch the collection level up!

Academia fiction

Academia Fiction is both an aesthetic and fiction subgenre that is primarily focused on higher education, the arts, calligraphy, museums, writing/reading, and shadowy classic Greek and Gothic architecture. It also focuses on studying classic literature and ancient art.

The subgenre originated with Donna Tartt's The Secret History in 1992 and was popularized as an internet subculture and aesthetic recently through Instagram and TikTok.

The subgenre can be broken down into three categories: dark (which deals with themes of tragedy, heartbreak, or existentialism), light (generally deals with more positive themes of optimism, joy, friendship, and usually ends with a happy ending), or chaotic (a mix of dark and light with emphasis on accepting the messiness of life and haphazard routines).
