We will learn the basics of football, starting with small tutorials, for the more advanced ones, they will learn more advanced things, like dribbling or better ways to shoot the ball to score better goals.
If you are a striker, you will learn how to kick the ball with you head correctly, how to be easy to find in the box if we need someone to finish the play into a goal, or how to kick the ball stronger and correctly.
We will also learn some interesting tactics and better ways to create occasions for your teammates if you are a playmaker or a midfielder,how to make more fancy passes, and you will learn a little bit of attack and defense to be a really balanced player to help to your teammates attacking if the need someone else to score, or the defenders need anyone else if they are in a hurry, if they are outnumbered or any other reason.
If you are a winger you will learn how to put centers to the strikers, and some efficient moves if you play in a side to get rid of your defenders or markers.
If you are a defender, don’t worry, we have also exercises for you, we will show you how to defend 1vs1 against strikers, how to defend the ball, how to rise the ball through the pitch, how to intercept passes and how to use your headers to kick out the ball from danger.
And lastly but not least important, if you choose to learn the goalkeeper course, you will also have a certain training, we will start how to kick the ball for the door kicks, when you need to block the ball, how to be better clearing corners, how to close the gaps for the striker, exercises to have a better flexibility for the stretches to stop the ball from going in.
