The special School Nurses and Pharmacy Team work in partnership with school to make sure children with complex health needs are well and able to access their education safely.  The nurses train staff to be competent to manage and support health needs during the school day.  The nurses carryout holistic health assessments, attend meetings and liaise with other health professionals to ensure pupils' health needs are met.
