Medication 


In line with the NHS Medication Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) all medication is sent home at Christmas, Easter and Summer.  


Please remember to return all medication on the first day of the the new term. 


Medication must be new, unopened (except for antibiotics) and with a correct prescription label and FP10.  


Children are not able to be in school without their emergency medication.  If they come in without it, we will phone you to ask you to bring it in.  If that is not possible, we will ask you to collect your child to take them home as they can not be in school without it.   


Sun Lotion 

Please do check the check the ingredients of sun lotions.  Milestone is a nut free school and we are aware some products contain traces of nut-based ingredients.


Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPS) 

Each child has an IHCP. This is reviewed annually or sooner if needed.  Specialist reports and plans written by health professionals are scanned into and included in the IHCP.  Please provide copies of updates reports and plans via the pupilhealthplans@milestoneacademyorg.uk
