Learner Profile Attributes
This term our learners have continued to explore their learner profile attributes. Our first learner profile focus of the term was KNOWLEDGEABLE. Learners have developed skills and strategies for learning more knowledge. We understand the importance of children gaining knowledge - so that they can know more and do more. Staff plan exciting retrieval activities within lessons to aid children in remembering and using their new knowledge.
Our second learner profile focus has been BALANCED. To be balanced means that we understand to look after ourselves as a whole. It is important to also improve our health, fitness and mental wellbeing. Children have continued to learn and practice breathing exercises, engaged in walking activities and been encouraged to be more active during break, lunch and lesson times.
Next term, learners will explore what it means to be RISK-TAKER and INQUIRER. Keep a lookout for Dojo points being given for these attributes.
Please also continue to share action and home learning with us via ClassDojo.
