PS 202

U.S. Government and Politics

"Ambition must be made to counteract ambition" - The Federalist Papers No. 51

What are the institutions of U.S. government and politics? How do the legislative, executive, and judicial branches (along with the bureaucracy) interact with each other and the people?  PS 202 focuses primarily on the federalism and the branches of government.

This course is part of a series (PS 201, PS 202, and PS 203) that examines U.S. government and politics at the federal, state, and local levels. You can take PS 201, 202, and 203 in any order, as the topics are meant to be complementary.
