The Lammersville Unified School District (LUSD) serves 7,800 students, from preschool through grade 12, in a diverse suburban environment. The district is composed of eight K-8 elementary schools and a comprehensive high school. 

The Mission of the Lammersville Unified School District, as a collaborative partnership of families, community members, and staff, is to graduate all students with the knowledge and ability to make good choices, to act responsibly, to enter the workforce in a profession of their choice, and to continue lifelong learning.

The district is ranked number one in academic achievement in San Joaquin County, as one of the "Best School Districts in California," and its schools have been recognized with numerous accolades, including Golden Bell Awards, Project Lead The Way Distinguished School Launch, Project Lead The Way Distinguished School Gateway, California Distinguished School, Science and Math Olympiad Top 5 in San Joaquin County, and Forum Music Festival Silver Rating.

Mountain House High School is renowned for its signature programs, including the Engineering pathway, which prepares students to succeed in a post-secondary engineering program; the Biomedical pathway, which prepares students for a post- secondary education in biomedical sciences; and the Culinary pathway, which prepares students for a post-secondary education in the culinary arts.
