The Google Classroom home screen is referred to as the dashboard. All active classrooms will show up in this space. As you learned in the previous section, a plus (+) sign is available in the top right-hand corner to create or join a class.

***Should you need to delete a class, Google Classroom only offers a delete option in the archived classes section. It is a good idea to leave past year's courses in the archived space so they are available if needed for reactivation, data referral, or post reuse.

Google Classroom offers two places to adjust settings. The first option we will explore is on the classroom.google.com dashboard. Here you can manage your profile and profile pic as well as adjust notifications so you can eliminate the excess emails you receive regularly.
