By inviting students to shared drives or folders created by faculty and staff, users can seamlessly share materials, conduct thesis guidance, and engage in collaborative editing. Additionally, sharing schedules via Google Calendar makes it easier to coordinate meetings.

[Seminars] Utilizing Google Classroom
By using Google Classroom within the faculty and staff tenant and inviting students, it becomes possible to distribute and submit assignments and share announcements. This is also expected to be used as a complementary tool to the LMS (Learning Management System).

[Research &Learning Support] Utilizing Generative AI Tools
Latest AI tools from Google, such as Gemini and NotebookLM, will be safely available. These can be used to assist research and learning activities, such as summarizing literature or brainstorming ideas.
