Google Drive consists of the following two areas:
*The storage capacity for student Google Drive accounts is set lower than that for faculty and staff.When sharing files, the storage of the owner's area is consumed. Therefore, we recommend that files be shared from the faculty/staff member's area to the students.

When the owner (creator) of a file graduates, any files stored in their My Drive will be deleted. Please ensure that you transfer the ownership of any necessary files before graduation.

Among the files in Google Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Slides can be published to the web as read-only view pages. For details, please refer to"Make Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms public"(Google Help).
You can invite users who do not have a Google account as "visitors" to collaborate on files and folders in Google Drive. You can manage their permissions to edit, comment on, or view the shared files. Additionally, you can stop sharing the files at any time. Regarding files in My Drive:
