In Google Calendar, you can configure access permissions and share calendars with specific users for each of your calendars. Please follow the steps below:
In the left-hand menu under "My calendars", find the calendar with your account name. Click the overflow menu and select "Settings and sharing".
In the "Access permissions for events" section, set the scope of access (visibility).
To share your calendar with specific users, you can specify individuals or organizations in the "Share with specific people" section.

By default, Google Calendar is integrated with Gmail, which may cause information from received emails to be automatically added to your calendar. (When synced with Garoon, these events are synchronized as "Private" information.) Because of this, flight or hotel reservations and other details from emails sent to secondary groups (mailing lists) may be added to your calendar even if they are not relevant to you.
