For regular weekend Airport Shuttle outside of Group Travel weekends the buses will depart campus on the last day of classes (usually Friday) at 4pm and will pick up at the airport at the locations above on the day before students return to school (usually Sunday) at 4pm. 

• To sign up for this shuttle please indicate the need on the pass in REACH. 

• To ensure that we are able to provide this service. please ensure the passes are submitted on time in REACH (Wed. 11:59pm).

• Residential Life will provide this service as long as we have the resourcing to support it. If we are unable to provide we will reach out to the 'ohana to let them know when call to clear passes. 

Below is a Google map of the airport and the stars indicate the pickup locations. 

For all Terminal 1 and 2 flights, Hawaiian Air, Southwest, or other national/international flight, the pickup location will be, Terminal 1, first floor, ma kai end where traffic exits, in the parking lot with the tour buses. It is marked on the map with a star. There are also walking paths marked from Terminal 1 and 2 to this location. 

For all Mokulele flights, the pick up will be at Terminal 3, in the parking lot fronting the terminal building. If you need assistance while at the airport please contact your hale and they will be able to help. 

These location marked by the stars are also the meeting locations for Group Travel pick up as well. Know that, there will only be staff at the airport collecting students on long holiday weekends and Group Travel days. On regular weekends the only ResLife staff at the airport will be those driving the shuttle.
