Troubleshooting
Most audio problems can be solved by adjusting volume levels of individual inputs, using the mixer function in the FrontRow Teacher Edition software.
Before entering a problem on the issue tracking spreadsheet, please ensure that you have already watched the overview video and read the documents in the "Related Documents" section above.
When adding to the issue tracker, please ensure your room number is clearly indicated. Facilities staff may not know which room is "grade 3" or in which room "Mr. Jones" teaches. Please also include the date and specific details of your issue.
