My inquiry this semester looks into how different aspects of cultural art were influenced by French royals during the Renaissance. I decided to research this topic because royals throughout history have always fascinated me. They have held such large amounts of power over history, what did they use it for? A research concept I looked especially deep into was: How did France's art style evolve under the influence of the two different French royals of the time? This concept drove me to look into architectural changes, artistic influences, and the amount of influence that King Francis I had on the art style vs. King Henry II. Some major sources I found to help me with my research were the websites of the châteaus I looked into. These websites gave me primary information on the history and importance of the châteaus held in French the Renaissance. These sources were especially helpful when creating and gathering information for my final products. For my products for this project, I created a virtual museum and a TED Talk. Within these products, I discuss how the royals intentionally and unintentionally influenced the development of French Renaissance culture. Along with showing the patterns that pre and post-Renaissance royals followed when developing their own culture.
In the speech, I wrote and gave to my AP Language, class I touch on the birth of the Renaissance, King Francis I, and how King Francis I influenced the architecture and artists in France during the Renaissance. With this speech, I also created a google slides visual so that my listeners are able to visualize the information I am giving them as I go along.

MAKE MUSEUM LINK WORK
I also created a virtual museum this semester. This museum walks through the gothic, Renaissance, and Borque eras of architecture, paintings, and fashion. I also give in-depth descriptions of the characteristics of each era of architecture, paintings, and fashion and how they changed over time, and what influenced this change.
