Global Perspective

Our global world demands dispositions which considers multiple perspectives, sense of identity, and relationships with other cultures, religions, customs and aspirations. This section of my portfolio will include these elements through world language credits, globally focused curriculum, cultural literacy and exploration of the local and global community.

Students completing Honors will complete the requirements for The Global Competence Certificate through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instructions Global Scholars Program. This certificate is awarded to students who have demonstrated a dedication to global education by successfully fulfilling the recommended criteria in academic coursework, cultural literacy, co-curricular involvement, and community service.

Receiving this achievement certificate is also a component of the KM Global Honors Diploma.
